In 1997, Japan Asahi Industries Co., Ltd. invested 550 million yen and established Wuxi Zhengdasheng Construction Equipment Co., Ltd. in Wuxi Hi-Tech Development Zone.

   In 2006, Japan Asahi Industries Co., Ltd. transferred Wuxi Zhengdasheng to Japan Aekiro Maintenance Co., Ltd.

   In 2013, Wuxi Zhengdasheng Construction Equipment Co., Ltd. Investor: Youhong Maintenance Co., Ltd. transferred 75% equity of the company to the company's new investor: Jiangsu Jinjie Motorcycle Manufacturing Co., Ltd.

   Wuxi Zhengdasheng moved from the old site to the new factory site in Shuofang. The new factory has an area of 100,000 square meters.

   In January 2018, Wuxi Zhengdasheng Construction Equipment Co., Ltd.had renamed as Wuxi Dile Construction Material Co.,Ltd.
